    What are you going to do?

    This team purpose is:

    • To maintain the fleet aircraft cabin condition in the highest possible standards matching the Customers and passengers expectations, and following the Board guidelines.

     

    What should you have?

    • 3 to 5 years’ commercial aircraft cabin maintenance experience or proven civil aircraft cabin maintenance experience (Holding an A or B1 licenses is an advantage)
    • Proven experience in plastics and composite repairs is a plus
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluency in English is mandatory
    • High computer literacy
    • Strong organizational skills and rigor
    • Easy integration into teams
    • Availability to travel

     

    Having in consideration the team valences the below aspects will also be considered:

    • Proven Tailoring experience is a plus
    • Proven experience in leather works is a plus

     

    The main working place may be Lisbon or Beja, and the work may take place in a hangar or on-wing environment, as the need for the operation so dictates.

     

    What will you do?

    What are you going to do?

    The Quality Auditor Part-M will be assigned with audits that are part of the Annual Audit Schedule, in order to ensure the Continuing Airworthiness Management activities and procedures meet the applicable regulations and standards. He/she will conduct autonomously the auditing process, including the production of audit reports, while verifying audit evidences in a systematic, independent and documented way. He/she will also conduct inspections whenever required, and will ensure Hi Fly CAMO providers deliver services and supplies complying with contractual specifications and applicable regulations.

     

    What should you have?

    • Auditor Certificate;
    • At least three (3) years of experience performing continuing airworthiness activities, preferably in the Quality System function;
    • A certified license Part-66 or an academic degree in engineering from aeronautical, mechanical, electronic, or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.
    • Organizational skills;

    WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

    • Master in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical or similar;
    • Knowledge of aeronautical legislation, in particular Part-M/CAMO and Part-145 and Part-21;
    • Minimum 3 years work experience, essential knowledge of Acceptance and Return of Aircraft;

    WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

    • Manage all Hi Fly asset transitions;

    • Apply for registration/de-resgistration processes;
    • Liaise with Lessors and Maintenance Organizations to ensure bridging check compliance;

    What are you going to do?

    • Support the Head of Security in his/her overall responsibilities and act as the Deputy of the Head of Security in his/her the absence;
    • Ensure that the Security Programme and the Security Training Programme is current and in accordance with national requirements and those of States into which Hi Fly’s aircraft operate;
    • Be familiar with applicable legislation and regulations related to aviation security in the geographic areas covered by Hi Fly operations;
    • Periodical analysis and follow up of Authorities’ platform contents;
    • The development and promulgation of security standards and best practices;
    • Participate in the preparation and conclusion of internal security audit processes;
    • Be able to effectively communicate with governments, authorities and other agencies;
    • Ensure an effective risk analysis, threat assessment and response capability;
    • Conduct regular performance and trend analysis of the Security Culture Policy;
    • Develop security bulletins and other communication required for the implementation of additional security measures;
    • Promote security awareness and vigilance;
    • Be able to support and conduct Security Training sessions.

     

    What should you have?

    • University degree, preferably in Aviation, International Relations, Law, or Communications fields;
    • Aeronautical Legislation course related to aviation security;
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an Aviation Environment, previous experience in security functions is a preferential factor;
    • Good knowledge of national and international aeronautical legislation related to aviation security;
    • Civil Aviation Security Manager course recognized by ANSAC (preferential factor);

    Esta equipa é responsável por:

    • Garantir que os pacotes de trabalho de manutenção da cabine emitidos sejam efetuados de acordo com os manuais relevantes (IPCs, CMMs, AMM, SRMs etc).
    • Garantir que a manutenção das cabines nas aeronaves da frota é feita de modo a serem obtidos os mais altos padrões possíveis, de modo a serem correspondidas as expectativas dos clientes e dos passageiros, e seguindo as linhas diretivas do Board da Hi Fly.

     

    O que deverás ter?

    • 3 a 5 anos de experiência em manutenção de cabine de aeronaves comerciais (deter uma licença A ou B1 é uma vantagem)
    • Experiencia comprovada ao nível da reparação de plásticos e/ou compósitos é uma vantagem
    • Boas capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal
    • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador
    • Forte capacidade de organização e rigor
    • Facilidade de integração em equipas
    • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês falado e escrito são mandatórios
    • Disponibilidade para viajar

    Os fatores abaixo serão também tidos em conta em virtude das várias valências que a equipa a criar pretende abranger:

    O que irás fazer?

    • Assegure que a documentação de todas as ações de manutenção de cabine efetuadas ocorra corretamente e de acordo com as Normas Funcionais da Hi Fly
    • Assegure que as ações de manutenção de cabine sejam efetuadas de acordo com os standards expectáveis.
    • Efetue inspeções de cabine segundo as cartas de trabalho recebidas, requisite todo o material necessário para a sua correção e efetue as mesmas, se possível, durante o mesmo período de imobilização
    • Realize a inspeção e manutenção de seats, galleys, toilets, Luzes, carpetes, bem como de outros aspetos relacionados com o interior de Cabine: limpeza e reparação.
