This team purpose is:
- To ensure cabin maintenance work packs issued to Cabin team are carried out IAW the cabin standards manual and all other relevant aircraft and vendor I.P.C’s, CMM’s, AMM’s and SRM’s.
- To maintain the fleet aircraft cabin condition in the highest possible standards matching the Customers and passengers expectations, and following the Board guidelines.
What should you have?
- 3 to 5 years’ commercial aircraft cabin maintenance experience or proven civil aircraft cabin maintenance experience (Holding an A or B1 licenses is an advantage)

What will you do?
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all aircraft being worked by him/her.
- Ensure all cabin maintenance activities are carried out to the clearly defined standards.
- Undertake cabin inspections as per task card and research and order part numbers required for defect rectification.
- Maintain, overall and carry out all Seat, Galley, Toilets, Lights, Carpets and all other aircraft interiors: inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and repair.

O que irá fazer?
- Fornecer suporte de primeira linha à Operação de Voo da Pessoa Nomeada;
- Manter e criar inúmeros arquivos de avaliação e monitorização de desempenho em bases diárias, semanais, mensais e trimestrais, utilizando MS Office Tools;
- Usar diferentes softwares para fins de gestão de tripulação e controlo de aeronaves;
- Realizar a atualização de publicações e manuais internos, fazendo contacto com diferentes equipas;
- Acompanhar e organizar os documentos da Tripulação de Voo / Cabine;
- Enviar Comunicações Internas regulares e manter os reconhecimentos necessários;
- Arquivar corretamente as informações fornecidas por outros departamentos e alimentar os seus respectivos gráficos;
- Atualizar o Portal da empresa com informações relevantes.
O que deverá ter?
- Diploma Universitário em área relevante;
- Fortes competências organizacionais e analíticas;
- Boa proficiência em ferramentas Microsoft Office (principalmente Access, Word e Excel);
- Experiência na indústria de aviação (preferencialmente);
- Fluente em inglês escrito e falado (obrigatório).

O QUE DEVERÁ TER?
- Licenciatura em Direito;
- Experiência na assessoria jurídica no âmbito da revisão de contratos comerciais com uma experiência profissional de, pelo menos, 2-3 anos (obrigatório);
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e elevada capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
- Perfil proactivo, dinâmico, com elevada capacidade de organização;

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Establish the connection between Ground Operations Department and Ground Coordinators;
- Plan the ULD Stock levels and assignments for all Operations;
- Coordinate the resolution of irregularities;
- Coordinate, in conjunction with DPCO, all aircraft cleaning and/or disinfection Operations, to be carried out on the company aircrafts, in Lisbon or any other designated station;
- Coordinate documentation for transport of cargo as COMAT on 5K flights;
- Collect airport and handling information for airports evaluation and approval.
- Organize and request handling services (ramp, passenger, cargo), cleaning services, parking, Airport and Passenger Fees according to need for each applicable operation (ACMI/Charter).
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Minimum qualifications at the degree level;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Aviation Industry;
- Experience in Ground operations/Ground handling functions - preferably;
- Fluency in English - written and spoken – mandatory;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Availability to travel abroad.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Monitor flight operations, individual flight planning, releases, aircraft routing, flight monitoring, weather and operation advisory service duties;
- Record departure and arrival times of flights and keeps computer systems up to date;
- Provide weather information for flight crews. Updates the flight crew of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommends flight plan alternates, such as changing course, altitude and, if required, on route landings in the interest of safety and economy;
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Possess a valid Aircraft Dispatcher License;

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Monitor crew compliance and changing crew rosters to match operational requirements;
- Manage schedule changes requested during published roster period and arrange crew for flight coverage, taking in consideration Company EASA FTL scheme;
- Liaison between Crewing and OCC for any necessary schedule/roster changes required due to operational requirements and FTL limitations;
- Daily check of Company EASA FTL compliance, for all crew members;
- Allocate crew efficiently to duties considering resource availability and operational risk;
- Implement changes to crew hotel, surface transport and positioning flight requirements as required.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Bachelor’s degree as minimum qualifications;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Possess Microsoft Office skills;
- Fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Previous airline experience;
- Good capability to solve last-minute situations, versatility and sense of responsibility.
