    • Assist on any inquiry/investigation deemed necessary by the Safety Manager through an active involvement in the analysis and investigation of occurrences, incidents and accidents, seeking to identify the underlying causes;
    • Actively support the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) program with the analysis and evaluation of flight data in regards to safety events, including the direct cooperation and communication with flight crews when requested by the Safety Manager;
    • Promote a non-punitive reporting culture throughout the organization;
    • Organize and manage safety meetings or similar initiatives;
    • Deliver, review and update internal Safety Management System (SMS) training and support SMS promotion;
