Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the Hi Fly Junior First Officer Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Right to Work: Hold unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO English Level 5
- License:
- Valid EASA CPL or Frozen ATPL.
- Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
- Medical: Hold a valid EU (Part-MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate.
- Additional Certifications:
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) in accordance with FCL.745.A.
- Certificate of satisfactory completion of Multi-Crew Co-Operation (MCC) in accordance with AMC1 FCL.735.A.
- Candidates with Airline Pilot Standards Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) certification, in accordance with AMC2 FCL.735.A, will have a distinct advantage in the interview and assessment process.
- Flight School (ATO) Report:
- Written in English, signed by the Flight School Head of Training.
- Must include all ATPL results (with details of retakes), CPL & ME/IR series passes, and information about your performance throughout training.

Central to the operational efficiency of our organization is the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Specialist position, a vital role dedicated to orchestrating seamless talent acquisition and development processes. This position plays a pivotal role in identifying skilled individuals through strategic initiatives. We are in search of a proactive and dynamic individual capable of navigating the complexities of talent acquisition and development within an evolving environment.
The reporting line for this position extends to the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Manager.
What will be your main responsibilities:
Collaborate with other team members in the whole cycle of employee’s processes, from Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, to Talent Retention and Development;
Implement sourcing strategies, conduct assessments and interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offers;
Collaborate in the onboarding programs, coordinate orientation sessions, and enhance processes through continuous improvement initiatives;
Identify development needs to design and deliver training programs, and collaborate on career plans with department managers;
Utilize HR analytics for tracking and reporting on recruitment and development metrics, offering insights to enhance talent acquisition and development strategies;
Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive issue resolution, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting open communication channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, continually assess and enhance recruitment and development processes;
Assisting in several activities related to the Talent Development area.
Some of our requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably);
Working experience in a similar role with other airlines (preferably);
Team spirit and critical thinking;
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory;
Good knowledge of IT platforms;

The Ground Coordinators are part of the Ground Operations Department and are tasked with overseeing various services in the aviation industry related to ground ramp operations. This role involves coordination before, during, and after the loading and unloading of aircraft. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational ramp standards.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise the operational link with the client;
Manage, supervise and coordinate all activities related to aircraft handling (load control, documentation, etc.), preparation of the flight and post flight in one or several airports;
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of Operational Dispatch, trim sheet, safety on board an aircraft, ground handling and airport security procedures (mandatory);
Drivers license;
Team spirit and critical thinking;
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory);

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently looking for dedicated and highly motivated Crew Controllers to join our Integrated Operations Control Center (iOCC) team in Lisbon-Portugal.
As Crew Controller, you will need strategic thinking and problem-solver skills, paying attention to details when scheduling cockpit and cabin crew members.
The reporting line is to the Crew Control Supervisor.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Crew Controller working in the Integrated Operations Control Center, you will be ensuring:
- Monitoring and coordination of crew members’ daily activity.
- Provide assistance to crew members on the line.
- Crew activities are planned in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner and in accordance with regulatory Flight Time Limitations, Operations Manual as well as company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Liaise, as and when necessary, with the Travel Department to organize crew positionings and logistics related to such movements.
- All crew information and duty activities are accurately inserted in the company systems and are kept up to date.
- Take informed decisions when unplanned operations occur.
- Continuously track, update, and modify crew members rosters.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous professional experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of EU-OPS Subpart Q, Flight and Duty Time Limitations and Rest Requirements will be an advantage.
- Multicultural awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a clear communication style.
- Due to the nature of the job an analytical mindset and good mathematics skills is required.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be assigned with audits that are part of the Annual Audit Schedule, within the scope of Part-OPS and Aircrew;
Ensuring that the procedures meet the applicable regulations and standards;
Conduct autonomously the auditing process, including the production of audit reports, while verifying audit evidence in a systematic, independent and documented way;
Conduct inspections whenever required and to ensure Hi Fly Operations providers deliver services and comply with contractual specifications and applicable regulations.

5+ years of experience in the Aviation Industry, including direct involvement in Compliance Monitoring and regulatory oversight;
Academic degree;
