Hi Fly, a Portuguese Private Aviation Company, operating globally with an Airbus fleet, is recruiting a Cabin Interior Mechanic / Technician to join the team.
This team purpose is:
- To ensure cabin maintenance work packs issued to Cabin team are carried out IAW the cabin standards manual and all other relevant aircraft and vendor I.P.C’s, CMM’s, AMM’s and SRM’s.
- To maintain the fleet aircraft cabin condition in the highest possible standards matching the Customers and passengers expectations, and following the Board guidelines.
What should you have?
- 3 to 5 years’ commercial aircraft cabin maintenance experience or proven civil aircraft cabin maintenance experience (Holding an A or B1 licenses is an advantage)
- Proven experience in plastics and composite repairs is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- High computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Easy integration into teams
- Availability to travel
Having in consideration the team valences the below aspects will also be considered:
- Proven Tailoring experience is a plus
- Proven experience in leather works is a plus
The main working place may be Lisbon or Beja, and the work may take place in a hangar or on-wing environment, as the need for the operation so dictates.
What will you do?
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all aircraft being worked by him/her.
- Ensure all cabin maintenance activities are carried out to the clearly defined standards.
- Undertake cabin inspections as per task card and research and order part numbers required for defect rectification.
- Maintain, overall and carry out all Seat, Galley, Toilets, Lights, Carpets and all other aircraft interiors: inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and repair.

- Ensure all cabin maintenance activities are carried out to the clearly defined standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance using the approved tooling and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a good level of housekeeping practices and Ensure that immediate work area is kept tidy and all waste material is correctly and appropriately disposed of.

A Hi Fly, Companhia de Aviação líder de mercado e especialista em wet lease, a operar a nível global, encontra-se a recrutar Mecânicos / Técnicos de Interiores de Cabine (M/F) para integrar a equipa.
Esta equipa é responsável por:
- Garantir que os pacotes de trabalho de manutenção da cabine emitidos sejam efetuados de acordo com os manuais relevantes (IPCs, CMMs, AMM, SRMs etc).
- Garantir que a manutenção das cabines nas aeronaves da frota é feita de modo a serem obtidos os mais altos padrões possíveis, de modo a serem correspondidas as expectativas dos clientes e dos passageiros, e seguindo as linhas diretivas do Board da Hi Fly.
O que deverá ter?
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência em manutenção de cabine de aeronaves comerciais (deter uma licença A ou B1 é uma vantagem)
- Experiencia comprovada ao nível da reparação de plásticos e/ou compósitos é uma vantagem
- Boas capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador

Os fatores abaixo serão também tidos em conta em virtude das várias valências que a equipa a criar pretende abranger:

O principal local de trabalho poderá ser Lisboa ou Beja e os mesmos poderão decorrer em ambiente de oficina (hangar) ou “on-wing” conforme a necessidade da operação assim o dite.
O que irá fazer?
- Assegurar que a documentação de todas as ações de manutenção de cabine efetuadas ocorra corretamente e de acordo com as Normas Funcionais da Hi Fly
- Assegurar que as ações de manutenção de cabine sejam efetuadas de acordo com os standards expectáveis.
- Efetuar inspeções de cabine segundo as cartas de trabalho recebidas, requisite todo o material necessário para a sua correção e efetue as mesmas, se possível, durante o mesmo período de imobilização
- Realizar a inspeção e manutenção de seats, galleys, toilets, Luzes, carpetes, bem como de outros aspetos relacionados com o interior de Cabine: limpeza e reparação.

Esta equipa é responsável por:
- Garantir que os pacotes de trabalho de manutenção da cabine emitidos sejam efetuados de acordo com os manuais relevantes (IPCs, CMMs, AMM, SRMs etc).
- Garantir que a manutenção das cabines nas aeronaves da frota é feita de modo a serem obtidos os mais altos padrões possíveis, de modo a serem correspondidas as expectativas dos clientes e dos passageiros, e seguindo as linhas diretivas do Board da Hi Fly.
O que deverá ter?
- Experiência comprovada em alfaiataria/estofamento
- Experiência comprovada em marroquinaria
